STATUTE

1. Seller - DIMA SHYBALOVICH, an entrepreneur running a business under the name of "Spinki do Motoryzacji Dzmitry Shybalovich", entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity kept by the minister responsible for economy and keeping the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity,

3. Orders through Clipulka.Com can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round.
4. If the Buyer selects payment in advance, the order must be paid within 3 Business Days of placing the order
5. The Regulations are an integral part of the sales contract concluded with the customer.
6. The condition for concluding the sales contract is the acceptance of the Regulations by the customer in the course of placing the order by checking the appropriate box in the basket.
7. The Buyer may register in the Store, ie create an Account in it or make purchases without registration by providing his data with each possible order.
8. The prices given in the Store are Gross prices (including VAT).
9. The store reserves the right to change prices as well as to introduce new goods to the offer.
10. The goods available in the Store are free from physical and legal defects.
11. The implementation of a correctly placed order begins on the date the payment is credited to the Store's bank account and during the opening hours.
12. The order will be processed subject to the availability of the goods in stock. However, due to the conducted retail, wholesale and internet sales, it may happen that before all the listed sources are synchronized, in one of them the goods you are ordering are sold out. This situation is very rare. I will contact you in such situations.
13. Receipts or a VAT invoice were attached to all transactions.
14. The total order processing time (including delivery) is generally from 24 to 6 business days - depending on the selected delivery method.
15. You can resign from the goods purchased in the Store (withdraw from the contract) by submitting an appropriate statement in writing within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, provided that the product has not been used or has not been damaged in any way. Guarantees the return of an amount corresponding to the value of the product. The customer receives the money by bank transfer up to 14 days (please provide the account number). The cost of delivery is not refundable, and the cost of return is always borne by the buyer, except for the return of the complaint. 16. The Buyer has the right to make a complaint in the following cases: mechanical damage as a result of improper transport, non-compliance of the received goods with the order or manufacturing defects of the goods. The Seller reserves that the differences in the photos of the Goods and resulting from the individual settings of the client's computer (color, proportions, as well as different deliveries) may not be the basis for a complaint.
17. Upon receipt of the parcel from the courier, the Buyer is obliged to check whether the goods have arrived intact. In the event of any irregularities, the Buyer is obliged to request that the courier draw up a damage report. A copy of the protocol, preferably together with a photo of the damage, should be sent by e-mail to the Clipulka74@gmail.com Store.
18. The administrator of personal data provided by the Buyer when using the Store is the Seller.
19. The Buyer's personal data are processed on the basis of a contract and for its implementation, in accordance with the principles set out in the general regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on data protection (GDPR).
